Ara for freight forwarders · Software available

Freight forwarder software.
From invoice to customs file.

Ara is customs preparation software for freight forwarders in French Polynesia, built by Devlab in Tahiti. It reads commercial invoices, delivery notes and packing lists, extracts every line, suggests HS codes and exports the reviewed file as a MaxTrans pre-entry, a Micronix file, Excel or CSV. Public price: 10 XPF per extracted line.

From documents to lines to review

Gather commercial invoices, delivery notes and packing lists as PDF or images. Ara extracts references, descriptions, quantities, prices, currencies and origins, and keeps the original document next to the data for review.

Suggested HS codes help the broker prepare the classification. The broker checks, corrects and approves each suggestion: nothing leaves without their sign-off.

A customs file ready for your software

The approved file exports as a MaxTrans pre-entry, a Micronix file, Excel or CSV, with the FENIX regime recorded in the file. The broker then files the declaration in FENIX, the customs clearance system of French Polynesia: Ara replaces neither FENIX nor your customs software.
